Aficio SP3400n/3410dn Service Guidelines
11. WARRANTY
In addition to Ricoh's existing warranty policy the Aficio SP3400n/3410dn includes a one-
year on-site warranty service and a warranty registration card will be supplied in each box.
The dealer has the option to provide their own servicing during the warranty period in
which case the machine is supplied with one year's warranty on manufacturer fitted parts
only.
Please refer to Dealer Service Operations Manual for further details on warranty
procedures.
