Installing/Replacing Batteries: 1x3V CR2032 lithium batteries (included).

Mode Selection

This unit will begin in the weighing mode of grams. Press "MODE" to switch into volume

mode for the following preset ingredients: water, milk, cooking oil and flour.

To weigh items in Metric system (kilogram/gram) or Imperial System (pounds/ounces) follow

the steps below:

Weight Unit Conversion: To switch between

Metric and Imperial, press the UNIT button

while in weighing mode.

Weighing Mode

Note: Be sure to remove the insulator sheet before using the product.

First open the battery compartment on the back of the handle.

Removing Battery: Carefully remove old battery with the aid of

a sharp object.

Installing Battery: Slide the new battery under the battery baffle

and press down on opposite side to lock in place.

Volume Unit Conversion: Press UNIT to

switch between ml and CUP under volume

mode.
