4. The connector for the battery is inside the bottom cover. Remove the two Torx screws (using a torx

screwdriver # T10) located inside the battery compartment as shown above.

5. The protective cover can now be removed from the front plate. Be careful of the internal connections to J2

(battery cable - 1050) and the power supply cable (1060).

6. Remove the battery connector from the power supply board and replace the new battery in the same

manner.

7. Assemble in the reverse order being carefull not to pinch the wires when assembling the back cover in

place.

8. Turn the instrument to "setup", reset the default configuration and clears the memory.

9. Charge the new battery until the display indicates "Batt Full".
