To submit your monthly copier meter reads to Toshiba, your Corporate Office has selected
Toshiba's IVR method, the Interactive Voice Response System. This system has the ability to
accept your current meter reads for all copier equipment through one call, play back and/or fax
summary of your newly entered meter reads, and can provide you with your previous month's entries.
Please follow the steps listed below for meter submission:
All meter reads for last day of prior month are due on the 1st business day of the current month.
To access IVR, call toll-free
From the IVR System Label attached to your copier:
Enter your Customer Number ________________________________ followed by the # sign.
Enter your Equipment ID Number ____________________________ followed by the # sign.
Enter month end meter read followed by the # sign.
Press 1 to complete.
Service Calls & Supply Orders*
All service calls and supply orders will be placed directly with Toshiba
Please reference the Toshiba serial # on the GOLD Label on the front of the copier/fax system.
