Interference

Abnormal functioning of this unit may be caused by lightning,

static electricity, ar other external interference. To restore

normal operation, turn the power off and then on again, or

unplug the AC power cord and then plug it in again.

Remedy

Plug power cord into wall socket correctly.

Connect cords correctly referring to

CONNECTIONS on page 6.

Select correct function.

Piug the power cord.

Use cassette that can be recorded on, or

apply adhesive tape over tab holes.

Clean heads.

Turn on DOLBY NR system for tapes

recorded with DOLBY NR.

Load a disc correctly with the label side

{printed side) UP.

(With the magazine

type, load a disc with the label side

DOWN,

Clean the disc.

Replace the disc.

Connect antenna correctly.

Change antenna pasition.

Stop using device causing interference.

Press MONO so thatthe MONO indicator

goes out.

Set current time.

Replace with new batteries.

Movethe unit away from the fluorescent

light.

Stop using device causing interference.
