7. All firebacks except black glass = Remove and discard the media tray covers.

Black glass firebacks = Remove and keep the media tray covers for reinstallation.

8. Remove the (2) fireback clips (one on each side). Use a 1/4" nut driver to loosen the screws that

secure the fireback clips to the ceiling of the fireplace. The clips have key-hole slots in them so with

the screws loosened, slide the clips toward the center of the fireplace and then lower the clip over the

head of the screws. Set the clips aside for reinstallation.
