2 HARDWARE INSTALLATION

Please confirm the following items have been included in the shipping box with the main

product.

1. EA104 main unit

2. 180cm (6') Ethernet cable

3. 5VDC/3A power adapter, 2.1x5.5mm plug, center positive polarity

4. A paper notice that indicates the website from which to download the EA104 Users

Manual (this manual), Data Sheet and about WM5.0 device connection.

2.1 Status LED, port, and button of EA104 main unit

2.1.1 External Status LED

Fast blink if power-on self test fails – bad unit

Glows green indicates a link has been established with another device

Flashing indicates Ethernet activities from itself or others

Glows green if a USB connection has been made

Fast flashing: WM5.0 device is making connection
