Objectives

When you have finished this module, you should

be able to:

Ensure that the TCP/IP network protocol is

enabled on the controller using the Web

Printer Manager Tool

Switch from COPY mode to SCAN mode and

back again

Scan in documents and interpret the display

information

Delete the most recently scanned image

Delete all the images previously scanned

Set the FILE DELETION timer to adjust the

time that a scanned file is retained before

automatic deletion

Scan a document to an FTP Destination
