Installing Float Switch Cable (continued)
STEP 3: SECURE FLOAT SWITCH CABLE
To secure float switch cable to the cable weight, press the cable clip into slot until it clicks and stops snug against the cable.
Perform a pull test, if the float switch cable slips, press cable clip into the next notch. See Tightening Cable Clip step 1 for further
instructions on proper installation of cable clip.
Tightening Cable Clip
STEP 1: PROPER INSTALLATION OF CABLE CLIP
Press cable clip into slot until it clicks and stops in notch which makes the most snug fit against float switch cable without
pinching. Make sure the float switch cable is securely fastened to prevent slipping of the cable, this will maintain an accurate
activation level (control switches) or pumping range (pump switches).
3rd Notch = 18 AWG
2nd Notch = 16 AWG
1st Notch = 14 AWG
