TIGHTENING TORQUES

ENGINE

Part to be tightened
Timing chain tensioner bolt
Timing drain tensioner cap bolt

CHASSIS

Part to be tightened
Handle crown and front fork
Handle crown and steering shaft
Handlebar holder (under and upper)
Steering ring nut
NOTE:
1. First, tighten the ring nut to approximately 38 Nm (3.8mSkg)with a torque wrench, then loosen the
ring nut completely.
2. Retighten the ring nut to specification.
