message, calendar entry, task, or
memo, press the Menu key and
then select Check Spelling.
CALL FUNCTIONS
Make, answer & end calls
To make a call, press the Send key,
enter the phone number, and then press
the Send key again to initiate the call.
To answer a call, press the Send key.
To end a call, press the End key.
Turn on mute and speakerphone
While on an active call, select
Mute or Speaker.
To turn off, select Mute Off or Handset.
RINGTONES & VOLUME
Set incoming call ringtone
1. From the Home screen, select the
Sounds and Alerts Profiles icon.
2. On the Select a Profile screen,
select Change Sounds and Alerts.
3. Select Phone Ring Tone.
4. Select the Ring Tone
drop-down menu.

5. Select the desired ringtone.
6. Press the Menu key.
7. Select All Profiles or
[selected] Profile Only.
Set notification and
reminder ringtones
1. From the Home screen, select the
Sounds and Alerts Profiles icon.
2. On the Select a Profile screen,
select Change Sounds and Alerts.
3. Select Sounds for Selected Profile.
4. Select Messages - Notifiers
to expand the list.
5. Select the notifier you
want to change.
6. Select the Notifier Tone
drop-down menu.
7. Select the desired ringtone.
8. Press the Menu key.
9. Select Save.
10. Perform steps 5-9 for any
other reminders or notifiers
you want to change.
Set ring volume
1. From the Home screen, select the
Sounds and Alerts Profiles icon.
2. On the Select a Profile screen,
select Change Sounds and Alerts.
3. Select Phone Ring Tone.
