Checking the remaining battery
power
Check the battery indicator on the LCD screen to deter-
mine the remaining battery power.
When the battery power falls to a low level, the recorder
will display the message "LOW BATTERY!." Recharge the
"eneloop" or replace the battery with a new alkaline bat-
tery.
Hint:
· For information on recharging the "eneloop" battery, refer to
page 26.
Disabling the controls (Hold function)
• If you set the [HOLD/CHARGE] switch to
w
[HOLD
] during playback or recording,
"HOLD ON" appears on the display and the
controls will be disabled.
• Set the [HOLD/CHARGE] switch to its original
position. "HOLD OFF" appears on the display
and the Hold function is canceled.
