Read text messages:

Your device notifies you when you

have a new text message.

To access messages in your Inbox:

1. From the Home screen,

select Messages.

NOTE: You can also view text and picture

messages by pressing the Menu key and

selecting SMS and MMS.

2. Scroll to the message and

press the Trackpad to view.

To delete a message, press the Menu

key and scroll to and select Delete.

Select Delete again to confirm.

Picture Messaging

Send Picture Messages:

1. Press the Right Convenience

key to open the camera.

2. Frame the subject and press the

Trackpad to take a picture.

3. To send the picture, press

the Menu key.

4. Scroll to and select Send.

5. Scroll to and select MMS.

6. Scroll to and select the contact or

select [Use Once] to send to a

contact not saved in your contacts list.

If you selected [Use Once], then select

Phone or Email and enter the phone

number or e-mail address. Press the

Menu key and select Continue.

7. Select the picture size (resolution)

if prompted and select OK.

8. Enter your message.

9. When you are done, press the

Menu key and select Send.

Instant Messaging

Access and send instant messages:

1. From the Home screen,

press the Menu key.

2. Scroll to and select

Instant Messaging.

3. Scroll to and select an Instant

Messaging application, such as

BlackBerry Messenger, AIM

Google Talk

, Yahoo!

Windows Live

Messenger, or ICQ

4. Sign in to your account to send

messages to your contacts.
