Time zone.

Set the time zone according to where you are located. The time is used when the recordings of the

image are made. Making a recording is only possible through a PC. The time is set to GMT time. The

Netherlands, for example, is in the winter time zone +1 and in the summer time zone +2.

Device Information.

In this screen, you cannot set or change anything only the information of the used camera will be

shown.

Please Note: After setting do not forget to press the 'OK' button. Otherwise, the changed settings will

not be changed.

5.1

GENERAL

•

Read the manual carefully and follow all the instructions.

•

Do not place or use the camera in a wet or damp environment.

•

Ensure good heat ventilation and never cover the camera unit and /or the power adapter(s) or

place it next to a heat source. The camera and power adapter are both already warm.

•

Only use the included power adapter(s); connecting another type of adapter can be

dangerous and may cause damage to the electronics.

•

Make sure that the adapter cables cannot be damaged and ensure the wires do not lead too

stumbling or falling.

•

The camera unit and /or power adapter should not be disassembled; this should only be done

by qualified personnel.

•

The video connection is through public Internet and therefore has been secured as much

as can be by today's standards. Nevertheless it can still be hacked, and we assume no

responsibility if for some reason it is hacked. We advise you to change the default password

immediately, preferably with a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.

5.2

•

Only connect or disconnect the power adapter when it is disconnected from the electrical wall

outlet.

•

Do not install the camera during a thunderstorm.

•

Do not touch an un-insulated adapter cord unless the adapter is disconnected from the

electrical outlet.
