OPERATION
1. Hold the tool firmly and switch on
by sliding the On/Off switch
forward. The motor will then run
continuously. Slide the switch
back and the motor will stop.
2. Slowly apply the tool to the
workpiece and proceed to sand
or cut. Move the tool across the
work applying a light even
pressure.
• Whether cutting, scraping or sanding, always ensure the workpiece
is securely fixed, i.e. clamped to a workbench or secured in a vice.
• When working on car bodywork, the vibration may cause any items
left on the car bonnet, boot or roof to fall, leading to injury to yourself
or others in the work vicinity. Always keep the work area tidy.
WARNING: ENSURE THAT THE WORKING POSITION ADOPTED DOES NOT
CAUSE OPERATOR FATIGUE WHICH MAY LEAD TO LOSS OF CONTROL.
