SAFETY
1. The device must be connected to a power supply whose voltage, current type and frequency
correspond to the specifications on the nameplate! Never pull the power cord when unplugging it!
2. Do not operate the unit if the power cord is damaged or if the pressure box or hose shows signs
of damage.
3. Never connect the device to compressed air!
4. Operate only with pure glycol-based brake fluid (DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5.1).
Products containing mineral oil will destroy the unit!
5. Before any maintenance, cleaning or repair of electrical equipment, the user must ensure that
the equipment is switched off, i.e. the power plug is disconnected and the brake fluid has been
drained from the equipment.
6. Repairs should only be carried out by trained professionals with adequate protective equipment.
7. Improper repair or handling may result in significant risks to the user and damage to the unit.
Any unintentional use or improper use of the device will void any liability for any damage.
8. A functional and leak test must be carried out after the device has been repaired. It must be
ensured that the brake fluid devices only work with glycol-based brake fluid (DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT
5.1). The use of non-recommended brake fluids will result in the destruction of the unit. Never use
other liquids (fuels, solvents, engine or lineral oils, etc.)
9. Do not place any rags soaked in oil, fuel or solvent on the unit due to the risk of fire.
10. Use this device only for the purpose described in this manual. Never empty or replace containers
other than those provided for this purpose!
To maintain the reliability and safety of the device, we recommend regular maintenance by qualified
personnel.
The disposal of used fluids must be carried out in accordance with current ecological standards.
Caution: NEVER clean the trap with flammable liquids!
