5.2 Dos and don'ts when assembling

(1) Using the location line, attach conductive back glue and conductive graphite to

the steel sheet of the front cover. To avoid interference with the FPC of LCD

itself, the position of the LCD conductive adhesive must be exact.

(2) When attaching LCD cushion foam to TP lens, the position must be exact and

no bubbles are permitted.

(3) Before assembling TP to the front cover, make sure that the light guide film on the

front cover is attached properly. Use a press fit jig to assemble TP.

(4) When attaching the insulation film, please follow the location line on the shield cover

to avoid interference with the conductive adhesive of the shield cover.

(5) Before assembling motherboard to the front cover assembly, make sure that the

silicone sleeve on the P-sensor sensor is fitted properly.

(6) When attaching the volume key FPC to the front cover, align it with the aligning

frame. The position must be exact.

(7) When attaching the foam seals of MIC and the back sound chamber of the speaker to

the plate(s), align them with the alignment mark. The position must be exact.

(8) When assembling cables, make sure cables are well organized. To avoid interference

with the case, all cables must be in their exact position.

(9) When assembling the main camera, make sure the connectors are located correctly.

(10) When dissembling the motherboard, lift the receiver on the top at first to avoid any

damage on the receiver.
