Getting your photos into the computer.
OS X Instructions
1.
Make sure the camera is in the OFF mode.
2.
Plug the wide end of the USB cable into the computer, then plug the round end
of the cable into the camera, being careful to insert it in the right direction.
3.
Power on the camera using the switch on the top.
4.
Open iPhoto and click the button at the bottom that says "import". Then click
the import button. You have the option of deleting the images from the camera
as you upload the images. Congratulations, you've successfully transferred
your photos from the camera to the computer. In iPhoto, you my view, edit and
export your images.
5.
When finished uploading the pictures from the camera, you may drag the white
disk icon representing the camera to the trash. (note: this the icon is located on
the desktop) You may now turn the camera off and then unplug it from the
computer.
OS 9
1.
Make sure the camera is in the OFF mode.
2.

Power on the camera using the switch on the top.
4.
Wait a few moments and the camera should appear on the desktop as a camera
shaped icon titled "Nikon E880"
5.
Inside this folder are all the pictures on the camera. From here you may copy
them to your own folder or open them with a program such as GraphicConverter
or Enhance.
6.
When finished with the pictures on the camera, drag the Camera's icon to the
trash. Turn the camera off and then you may unplug the camera from the
computer.
