3. Remove cable from holding tab (See Fig. 2), disconnect from

(do not twist)

amplifier/radio by pulling apart

4. Once separated, female connector (right) leads to changer and male

plug (left) leads to amplifier or radio (See Fig. 3)

5. Connect factory male plug with female connector on module. Simply

align arrows and push straightforward (avoid twisting) See (See Fig. 4)

6. Connect module male plug (See Fig. 4) to CD changer female

connector (See Fig. 3)

Note: Male right angle plug does not have an arrow; Align

imaginary arrow shown in Fig. 4a with arrow on factory CD

female connector (See Fig. 3), otherwise risk damaging plug.

Noteworthy:

You will find multiple Ai-Net type plugs/connectors on audio rack

components and more so in vehicles with premium sound (e.g., Amplifier,

Navigation etc.). In premium systems, audio module connects between CD

changer and amplifier and in standard systems (no amplifier) between CD

changer and radio.

To minimize connecting errors, locate single black cable

emerging from the CD auto changer

Connecting audio module to something other than CD auto changer will

result in low playback, no power to radio etc.

7. Route audio module 8-pin plug to center console area.
