How To Stream DVPlayer, VLC, others
Scorpion supports a small number (less than 10) unicast streams directly to clients,
and an unlimited number of clients can view Scorpion via IP multicast. Clients can
pull the stream via rtsp, rtmp, http, or UDP multicast.
rtsp://[ip]:[port]/[name] -- default rtsp://[ip]:554/hdmi
rtmp://[ip]:[port]/hls/hd-live – default rtmp://[ip]:1935/hls/hd-live
http://[ip]:[port]/hls/hd-live.m3u8 -- default http://[ip]:8235/hls/hd-live.m3u8
For IP multicast, set the encoder Multicast IP and Port to a Class D address (e.g.
233.1.1.1) and port. For DVPlayer and VLC, enter udp://@[IP]:[port]
