Valve & Bypass Assembly

Step 4 – Connect Bypass to Fleck Valve

Step 5 – Fasten the Threaded Adapter to the Bypass

1. Lubricate the 'o'-ring found

on the threaded adapter.

Step 6 – Attach Drain Line to Fleck Valve

1. Apply silicone lube to the 2 'o'-rings

on the bypass valve. Once applied, slide

bypass valve onto Fleck valve.

2. Fasten the bypass vavle to the Fleck

valve. Hand tighten each valve nut

clockwise.

1. Locate drain line elbow

2. Tape the threaded connection point

with 3-4 wraps of Teflon tape. Install

provided plastic barbed fitting to this

point.

3. Install drain line

barbed fitting. Secure with a stainless

hose clamp
