Insert Rails into the Fins
Insert the rails into the fins as shown. Then install bolts (3-7-19) into the rails in the pre-installed rampa inserts.

Expand Rails to Lock Fins in Slots
After completing installation, the fast caps (3-7-6) can be used to cover up the bolts.
