6. Bottle Care System
Bottle Care System: replace 2 litre bottle, suction hose and seal (with cuspidor).
Bottle Care System: replace 1 litre bottle, suction hose and seal (with doctor's
device).
7. Doctor's Device
Replace the biofilter in the doctor's device.
Turbine connection: separate turbine coupling from the hose. Replace seal or O-
rings according to the manufacturer's instructions. Check contacts and media ducts
(always replace all three O-rings to ensure tightness of the turbine.)
Standard turbine connection: check settings for operating air. Pressure of operating
air 3,2 ± 0,1 bar
Micromotor EM12L: Replace seal or O-rings according to the manufacturer's
instructions (set of 3 O-rings). Check contacts and media ducts (always replace all
three O-rings to ensure tightness of the motor.)
Micromotor: check settings for cooling air.
Volume of cooling air 8 SL (standard litres), flowing.
Piezo Scaler: separate scaler handpiece from the tube.
Replace the O-rings from the tube connection. Check contacts and media ducts.
3-function syringe:
Clean the canula with cleaning wire (nozzle water/air duct).
Check O-rings of the canula for leaks and replace if necessary
Visual leak test.
