POSSIBLE REASONS
Water supply failure
Inlet flow control
Unavailability of electricity to the sensor
Power cord is not connected in the electrical outlet
Bad connection between sensor and power supply
Sensor not connected to the solenoid valve
Sensor boot faiture
Faulty sensor
Infiltration of water between escutcheon and bench
Sensor boot faiture
Sensor damaged
Inlet flow control not enough open
Air inside pipe system
Dirt in the pipe

SOLUTIONS
Open water supply stop valve
Open the Inlet flow control
Disassemble and clean the core of Inlet Flow control filter.
Verify overload protect
Connect power cord to power inlet
Connect the cableas again
Reconnect the sensor cable to the valve
Disconnect and reconnect power cable
Available at Docol Authorized Distributor in your country
Checking the sealing of the escutcheon
Disconnect and reconnect power cable
Available at Docol Authorized Distributor in your country
Rotate the cartridge clockwise RRC
Open the network elsewhere in the network and bleed (let out until
water stops coming out with air and water)
Disassemble and clean the core of Inlet flow control filter
Remove, clean and reinstall the aerator
Fully open the general log
Remove the flow restrictor ( See page 9)
