FOR MODELS WITH ADJUSTABLE BACKREST

Place the black backrest channel on top of the

frame tabs with the channel cutouts close to

the head end. Secure using (2)

head screw and

" locknut at each end.

FOR MODELS WITH ADJUSTABLE BACKREST

Loosely fasten the adjustable backrest hinge to

the frame's cross member using (4)

1 ½" hex bolts, two

and

" locknuts. Note: Hinge flap goes on the black

channel side.

FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, TAKE TIME TO CHECK ALL SCREWS, BOLTS AND NUTS TO INSURE THAT

THEY ARE SECURELY TIGHTENED AND THAT THE TABLE HAS BEEN PROPERLY ASSEMBLED

PROCEED TO STEPS 10, 11 & 12 ON BACK COVER FOR MODELS 3020, 3030 & 3013

-20 x 1" truss

-20 x

" washers (one each side)

ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

FOR MODELS WITH ADJUSTABLE BACKREST

Mount the foot end of the top by placing the

(4)

-20 x 2

screws through the frame sides

and the (2)

-20 x 1" truss head screws and

" washers at the end mounting points and

tightly securing the top. Fully tighten hinge

hardware from Step 6.

FOR MODELS WITH ADJUSTABLE BACKREST

Secure all screws in the frame

FOR MODELS WITH ADJUSTABLE BACKREST

Secure the middle brace to the top
