b. To choose the desired mode press the Mode button on the top of the collar. For

vibration mode the LED light will flash blue. For the static mode the LED light will flash

red.

c. When there is no barking the collar will automatically enter the standby mode and the

light will flash either blue or red every 25 seconds depending on which mode has been

chosen.

8. Testing the collar

a. Important: To avoid feeling the Static Correction yourself, never touch the two contact

points simultaneously.

b. Turn on the bark control collar and switch to vibration mode.

c. Hold the collar with the sound activated sensor facing you and within 5 to 10 inches of

your mouth.

d. In order to trigger the unit, blow into the sensor. The unit should vibrate and beep, and

the blue light will flash.

e. If the unit does not work properly, please make sure the battery is installed correctly

and/or replace the battery.

9. How It Works

a. The vibration mode is the default mode when first used. Each time the bark control

collar detects barking it will beep and vibrate, and the light will flash blue.

b. If your dog is not sensitive to the vibration and will not stop barking, press the mode

button to switch to electrostatic mode. When the static mode is used the lights flash

red. When the bark control collar detects barking 7 times in 30 seconds, it will release

correction signals with 7 levels.

i. Level 1: beep sound correction.

ii. Level 2: sound and vibration.

iii. Level 3: sound, vibration, and level 1 static.

iv. Level 4: sound, vibration, and level 2 static.

v. Level 5: sound, vibration, and level 3 static.

vi. Level 6: sound, vibration, and level 4 static.

vii. Level 7: sound, vibration, and level 5 static.

c. If your dog does not bark again within 30 seconds, the bark control collar will reset itself

to the lowest level of static correction.

d. Safety feature. If your dog barks over seven times in 30 seconds the collar will go into

standby for one minute.

10. Can I connect this to a controller?

a. No. This collar operates on its own, there is no option to use a controller.

11. Bark collar doesn't respond.

a. Tighten the strap and/or trim dog's hair where the contact points touch their

neck to ensure good skin contact with both prongs.

b. Test the collar to see if it works properly. (See # 7 above).
