Thank you to have chosen our BA torque reaction arm.

Please read carefully this instructions manual to warrant the last of living and the efficiency of the equipment

and assure the comfort and the safety of your line operators.

1. APPLICATION

The BA torque reaction arms are used to ensure 3 supplementary functions :

A) To ease the torque reaction effect of air and electric powered hand tools like screwdrivers, drills, and

tappers. Our arms protect the operator against injuries of the hand and wrists, stress syndroms and

cumulative trauma disorder.

B) To hold and balance the powered hand tools.

C) To hold tools in vertical position.

2. INSTALLATION

Fasten the washer faced perfectly horizontal on the work bench with 3 screws CHC M8 (not delivered with).

Make sure the axial travel of the arm is possible without any interference or danger for the operators with

angle inferior to 120° at the articulation level.

Maximum strokes of the arms are indicated on page 7 of this manual.

2.1 Tool clamp installation

The clamps of BA...R arms have to be fastened on the square bars through two screws CHC M6. A large

choice of clamps is available to fit your tools (straight, pistol, angle...) (see page 11)

The six screws enable the setting of the

inclination and must be properly fastened
