2 Installation guide

2.1 Electrical connection

Installation, servicing and troubleshooting of all electrical equipment must be carried out by quali-

fied personnel in compliance with the applicable national and international standard EN 60204-1

and any other EU standards that are applicable in Europe.

The installation of a power supply isolator is required for each motor and power supply to facili-

tate voltage-free work on the electrical equipment. The power supply isolator is not included.

2.2 Replacing the power supply

1. Disconnect the power to the iDOL 65.

2. Loosen the screws(A).

3. Dismantle the plug (B) by pressing in the lock and pulling up.

4. Dismantle the 3 supply wires in the terminal block (C).

5. Remove the defective power supply by expanding the plastic clips (D) and pulling up the power supply.

6. Mount the new power supply in the plastic clips (D).

7. Mount the 3 supply wires (ground wire, blue and brown) correct in the terminal block (C).

8. Reconnect the plug (B) and place the wire in the clips (E).

9. Mount the panel (A).

10. Reconnect the power and check to ensure that the error has been resolved.
