2. Place pizza stone in oven fi rst and set pizza oven to desired temperature. Preheat oven for 30

minutes to allow stone to warm up prior to using.

Insert the rack tool on a 35 degree angle so that the metal rack loop is inside the rack tool.

NOTE: Before cleaning appliance, make sure it has cooled down.

1. Make sure the oven is unplugged and in the OFF position.

2. Do not use abrasive cleaners, they may damage the fi nish. Simply apply cleansing agent

such as a mild detergent to damp cloth, not directly onto to Pizza Oven Plus, and wipe clean.

Dry thoroughly.

3. To remove crumbs, slide out the crumb tray and discard crumbs. Wipe clean and replace. To

remove baked on grease, soak tray in warm soapy water or use nonabrasive cleaners. Never

operate the oven without the crumb tray in place.

4. Remove the rack and hand wash in soapy water and let dry.

Cleaning the pizza stone

Allow pizza stone to cool before cleaning. Do not soak or clean with detergent or soapy water as

stone may absorb taste and smell of detergent. To remove baked on foods, scrape with spatula

and then rinse clean with warm water. Let stone air dry completely before next use. The pizza

stone is NOT dishwasher safe.
