• Assure solid and firm footing, avoid any danger of tipping. Level the tabletop by
turning the vertically adjustable feet (1) or castors.
• Secure the position after leveling using the lock nuts (2).
7. Main power connection
Make sure specified power limitations on the type label comply with the local
power supply. If not, do not connect the instrument table.
8. Adjusting the table height
An electric motor drive inside the center column allows vertical adjustment of the tabletop.
Position tabletop at desired height.
Attention – clamp danger !
Caution: Overheat protection!
The motor in the lifting column is not designed for continuous long-term operation.
Therefore, lift or lower the table only, when necessary. Operating periods of > 1 minute may
cause overheating of the motor.
9. Maintenance
The ak 103a, ak 103s, ak103v is maintenance free.
