Most insurance companies will require proof that any work undertaken in or around your house regarding plumping has
been completed by a licensed plumber. If it is found the work was not completed by a plumber, house insurance may not
be covered. We therefore recommend ALL parts to the installation are completed by a licensed plumber.

SOME GENERAL RULES REGARDING RAINPAC
· DO NOT use hot water to clean your RainPac
· DO NOT use high pressure water cleaners on any part of the RainPac
· DO NOT use any other cleaning agent or solvent to clean your RainPac
· DO NOT complete the installation process without the help of a licensed plumber – failure to do so may void 10 year
warranty;
· The set height of the overflow must suit the listed heights outlined on page 5 & again on page 11 for the width of
the RainPac

being installed.
· The overflow must NEVER be installed above these listed heights. Failure to follow the listed heights will void your
manufacturer's warranty.
