If for some reason your LCD TV fails to operate, or has other difficulties, please consult the
guide below before calling the "Customer Help Centre"
Symptom
Dead. No led lit
Dead. Led lit Red
No Picture. Led Green.
Picture Noisy or Ghosting
Teletext breaking up or
freezing
Poor PC pictures
No Sound or loud sound
buzz in TV mode.
No Remote Control function

Possible Cause
No power to the Tv
Tv in Standby
Incorrect source selected
Poor signal.
Poor aerial connection. Or
aerial damaged
As above
PC may not be matched to
monitor
Incorrect sound system
selected.
Batteries exhausted
I/R signal being obstructed

Remedy
Ensure all the connections
have been made firmly and
the power is turned on.
Press the CH+/CH- button
on the Tv or the POWER
button on the Remote
Control
Select TV using the INPUT
button on the Tv or TV/AV
button on the Remote
Control
If using an Indoor aerial, it
may be necessary to have
an external or roof space
aerial fitted.
Have your aerial lead and
connections inspected.
As above.
Enter PC Setup Menu and
select "Auto Config"
Enter the TV setup menu
and select "SYSTEM" this
should be set to "I" for Uk
use
Replace batteries every 6
months.
Remove any obstructions in
I/R signal path
