Remedy
Check mains connection
Is plugged in and turned on
Press standby button on main
unit or Power button on R/C
Adjust volume level
Check Mode and select correct
one for your needs
Select CD /Radio/Tape
Ensure the wire ends are
gripped by the metal clips
Fully extend FM wire aerial.
Consult your local dealer
Rotate the loop aerial for best
reception
Ensure disc is Label side up.
This player will not play MP3
discs.
Clean disc with care see page

Press disc select button
Use a Laser cleaning disc from
your local supplier.
No CD operation if CD is not
selected
No Tape operation if Tape is
not selected.
Fast wind tape to loosen
Clean tape heads with a "Head
Cleaning" cassette.
Place a blank tape and check
that tabs have not been
removed
Replace batteries
Clear optical path to receiver
