I. Introduction

The instrument consists of base, bearing base and fan-shaped hammer and other major component

parts. A rectangular sample clamps between the dynamic clip 6 and fixed clip 7. Use the tearing knife

9 to cut a notch at the middle of the sample. By using the free-fall of the fan-shaped hammer 4 and the

separating quickly of the dynamic hammer 7, it will make the sample tear.

Standards: GB/T3917.1 FZ/T60006 ASTM D142 etc.
