CAUTION: Do not over tighten hardware.

1. Place seat assembly (B) on flat level surface.

2. (SEE FIGURE 1) Insert back (A) onto

chair assembly (B).

3. (SEE FIGURE 2) Secure the back (A) to the
chair assembly (B) with the hex bolts (C)
and nuts (D) using the hex key (F) and
wrench (G).
4. Apply bolt caps (E) to exposed bolts (C).
