PRE—STEPS BEFORE INSTALLATION
Using a chalk line, layout the wall placement on the existing conc. pad or deck as shown
below. Be sure to keep the chalk lines square to the existing structure and plum the lines
where the screen room is to meet the exterior wall. Starting 4" away from existing structure
drill 5/16" holes at prox. 16" O.C. a 1/2" on the outside of both chalk lines. This location will align
with the angle that will be applied in the next step. Attaching screen room wall panels to
existing structure may require additional materials not supplied by Americana.
