TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM
CAUSE
Filter bowl canister leak.
O-ring not sealed properly.
Water does not taste or
Filters have expired.
smell right.
Little water use.
Little water from faucet
Filters clogged.
Kinked tube.
Ice maker not working
Ball valve to ice line is off.
Icemaker in refrigerator is off.
Tube to refrigerator is kinked
Makes water slowly
Kinked tubing.
Filters plugged.
SOLUTION
If damaged, replace. If dirty, clean,
lubricate and retighten filter bowl. Hand
tighten firmly.
Replace filters. Should be replaced
every 6 to 12 months.
Replace filters
Unkink tube. If damaged, replace tube.
Turn on ball valve.
Turn to on position.
Find kink and repair.
Find kink and repair.
Replace filters.
