MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Magnetic Mounting (preferred)
The magnetic sections on the back of the light can be adjusted left to right so the corresponding
metal plates can be placed in the most ideal location for your installation.
Magnet option 1 - The metal plates come pre-drilled for easy front mounting on the desired
surface with included screws. Attached the fi rst plate to the overheads surface and check
location of second to make sure that sliding magnet will adhere to it.
Magnet option 2 - Remove protective cover from one side of the double-sided adhesive pad.
Place in center of the metal mounting plate. Do this for both metal-mounting plates. Place the
metal mounting plate with the adhesive pad onto the magnets located on the back side of
the light. Adhesive side placed away from the product (so it can stick into mounting position).
Do this for both metal-mounting plates. Remove second protective cover from adhesive tape
and place against desired surface. The metal mounting plate should be adhered to the desired
surface.
This is permanent tape that may cause damage if removed. Not recommended for use on
wallpaper or delicate surfaces.
Pulling on the light after the plates are properly installed should disconnect the metal mounting
plate from the magnets to allow for changing of batteries. The light should easily be able t o re
attached as the magnets and plates will draw to each other.
If you plan on using the light on a metal/magnetic surface, such as a cabinet, you may not need
to install the plates at all
