Congratulations on your purchase of the Griplight portable task and worklight. It is perfect for camping, automotive, power

outage, travel, task lighting or other indoor/outdoor uses.

CAUTIONS

1.) Use caution when installing overhead to ensure product is

securely attached.

2.) Use only the size and type of batteries specified.

3.) Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most

suitable for the intended use.

4.) Be sure to follow the correct polarity when installing the

batteries as indicated in the

battery compartment.

5.) Reversed batteries may cause damage to the device.

6.) Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc), or rechargeable

(Nickel Cadmium) batteries.

7.) Replace all batteries of a set at the same time. Do not mix old

and new batteries.

8.) Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to

battery installation.

9.) Do not dispose of batteries in fire.

10.) Remove batteries if consumed or if product is to be left unused

for an extended period of time.

Where to install your GripLights

The GripLights are IP44 rated for indoor/outdoor use. It is protected

from solid objects greater than 1mm and from splashing water

from all directions. Caution: When used outdoors make sure slide

switch on Heavy Duty model is facing down. For long term outdoor

use install under eaves or other structures where GripLight is not

exposed to direct rain. When attaching to structures such as fences

or trees with Flexible Griping Tripod, be sure product is secure and

fixed firmly to keep it from swaying in the wind so it will not fall on

people. With batteries installed product is heavy and serious injury

can occur.

Your GripLights may be installed on any metallic surface such as

the underside of a car hood, metal storage cabinets, metal poles,

etc. If no metal surface is available, you can also use the Metal Plate

accessory and affix that to any non-metal surface where a screw may

be used. Be sure to use proper plastic anchors in drywall or other

softer surfaces to properly secure your GripLight.

Mobile Phone Holder

Mobile phone holder is designed to fit most phone sizes, including

many with a protective case (up to about 84mm or 3.3"). Simply pull

apart spring loaded jaws, place mobile phone in cradle and release

jaws. Holder will securely grip and hold your phone with soft grip

jaws. Position phone at virtually any angle by loosening locking nuts

on either end of the Angle Control Arm. Ball joints make positioning

easy and versatile with 360° rotation. Re-tighten locking nuts for a

secure installation.

Mounting Instructions Options for lights and mobile

phone holder

• Use Flexible Tripod to wrap legs around

variety of objects or stand up on legs.

Simply attach tripod legs by screwing

into threaded hole on bottom of light or

mobile phone holder.

• Use magnets built into light or mobile

phone holder base to attach to any magnetic

metal surface or use included Metal Plate

accessory to attached to most non-metallic

surfaces. Includes a screw and plastic anchor.

Be sure Metal Plate accessory is firmly

attached to mounting surface to avoid injury or

product damage from falling.

• Position Flexible Griping Tripod legs to support product

standing independently.
