Assembly:

Follow the assembly steps in the order listed below.

❶ Attach the fender.

• Slide the front fork through the fender

openings

• Insert the tabs of the fender up into

the handlebar assembly

❷ Attach the front wheel.

• Insert the axle through the fork, wheel

and spacers

• Place the fork sleeve over each fork

• Place a washer on each end of the axle

• Fasten with a nut using the wrenches.

Attach the handlebars and front wheel

Tip

Be sure the axle is

centered on the wheel
