Load direction
Load side
a)
Shut off the power
b)
Disconnect the conductor from its breaker or
terminal
c)
Put the loading wire through the solid-core CT
d)
Make sure the load direction is the same as
the direction marked on the CTs
e)
Reconnect the conductor to the breaker or
terminal
Meter side
Red wire to CT+ terminal on the meters
Black wire to CT- terminal on the meters
