Instructions are provided for Windows 10 and Windows IoT Core. You can download
the latest version of UP Framework SDK from the UP community:

A.2 Installation for Windows 10

Step 1
Locate the downloaded file UpFrameworkSetup.msi and run the installer. Press "Next"
to begin the setup process.
