1. Remove stroller and wheel assemblies from the plastic bag.

2. Release locking latch by pulling latch away from stroller frame.

3. Grip the handle on each side with an under hand hold and

turn outward to open.

4. Lift up the handle

and snap the stroller

away from you. It

will open and lock

automatically

into position.
