1. Bolt foot lever L to base using part O, J, & N

2. Bolt swivel caster to base using part Q

Step 3. Assemble side tubes

1. Bolt side tube between the front and back right corners using 4x part G

2. Bolt the tube out of the side of the front and back corner using 2x part G each
