Cause

• Batteries are low

Solution

• Change with new batteries

• Reset the camera with a small pins

to press the reset button.

• Change with new batteries

up the time

• Connect the camera with a

Windows OS computer

• Replace a new USB cable

• Connect wth a computer which

have a USB 2.0 port

• Place the camera on a flat surface

to take photo

• Goto outdoor to take photo agian

• Take photo again at a distance at

least 1.2 metre.

• Call your authorized dealer or

service center

• Contact Carbon Service Center
