CONTACTING DRAGONMOBILITY LTD

If there are any questions you have which are not answered in this manual, please call us

on +44 (0) 1223 464460.

There is always someone available during normal office hours to take your call, and if you

call outside of office hours please leave us a message. Someone will call you back during

the following working day.

It doesn't matter how simple your question seems to be. We know how confusing it can

be to get used to a new piece of equipment. As far as we are concerned there is no such

thing as a silly question!

The Dragonmobility support line is on

This telephone number is intended

for questions where there is an urgent need for an answer and so is diverted to a staff

member's phone at week-ends.

If your question is less urgent, or you want to send Dragonmobility a photograph or similar

then the e-mail address to use is [email protected]

Although it is not always possible to answer the phone in person, any voice-mail messages

received are treated with high priority; please remember to leave your contact details as

the person responding may not have immediate access to the files at Dragonmobility.
