Problems

Increase in the

remaining time

Signal is emitted

Cause

In the case of excessive foam,

the foam detection system has

activated an additional rinse cycle

and an additional spin cycle to

ensure the rinsing result.

For severe imbalances during

spinning, an increase in time of

approx. 10 minutes can occur

because of repeated distribution of

the laundry.

If very cold water must be heated

up, an increase in time up to

20 minutes can result.

Signal for switching buttons on and

off is switched on.

Signal for programme status is

switched on.

If the fault recurs, call Customer Service, see Page 32.

Remedial action

Reduce the detergent dosage for

the next wash cycle.

Wash large and small items

together in order to reduce the

imbalance.

Switch off the signal:

Press the Start button and set the

programme selector to

Cottons 30 °C. Hold down the

Start button until the signal is

emitted.

Acoustic signal is switched off.

Switch off signal or change volume:

Press the Wash Plus button and

hold down until the signal is emitted

and the volume of the signal

changes.

Release the button when the

required volume is reached.

The selected setting is stored.
