MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING

9.1 MAINTENANCE

Regular inspection and cleaning reduces the necessity for maintenance operations and will keep
your tool in good working condition.
The motor must be correctly ventilated during tool operation. Avoid blocking the air inlets and
vacuum the ventilation slots regularly.

9.2 TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Note: Remove the battery pack before carrying out adjustment, servicing or maintenance.
Problem
Motor does not start.
Motor runs, but slowly/
losing power.
Battery pack doesn't charge/
non-illumination of charger.
Possible Cause
Battery pack no charge.
Battery faulty or damaged.
Battery pack no charge.
Battery pack faulty or
damaged.
Fuse blown in charger plug.
Charger faulty.
