Corrective Action

1. Reduce tension on blade.

2. Reduce tension on drive belt

3. Use correct pitched blade.

4. Check oil bath.

5. Decrease feed and speed.

1. Reduce pressure by increasing

spring tension on side of saw.

2. Adjust guide bearing, the

clearance should not be greater

than.001".
