Section 6 - Mounting Angled Headbox

Please Note: Steps 1-5 of Section 5
It is critical that the full length of each Side Channel is secured to the mounting surface.
The Angled Headbox can be mounted permanently to wall or ceiling
can rest atop Side Channels and held in place by two mounting studs coming down from endcaps.
1.
Remove screws from bottom of Headbox.
Remove Fascia and set aside.

Verify cable
routing
(Section 14)

Section 7 - Mounting Headbox in a Recessed Pocket

LightBloc ZIP™ can also be installed in a pocket in ceiling.
Please Note: Be sure to provide adequate clearance for removal of Roller Assembly during installation and maintenance.
Minimum depth of ceiling pocket is 6 ¼"

Hem Bar into fabric retainer in
Side Channels.

Reinsert Fabric Retainer Strips into
Side Channels and re-attach Covers.
